2 cup soji ek bowl main nikal lein

Soji main 4 cup milk add krein mix kar ke 2 hour ke liye cover kar ke side kar dein

2 hour ke baad soji phol kar naram ho jaye gi

Aub ek pen ko slow flame par rakhein aur badam aur piste dry roast kar lein 2 min ke liye

2 min baad 2 tbsp sugar add kar dein badam aur piste main jab sugur caramelized ho kar badam aur piston par coat kar le tu flem off kar ke nekal lein

Aub ek karahi ko slow flame par rakhein aur 2 cup ghee add krein

Ghee add krne ke baad 2 cup sugur bhi add kar dein khayal rahe Flem slow hi ho sath hi long & safeed elachi bhi add kar dein 5 min pakain sugur ka colour light hi rahe golden na hone paye

5 min baad dhood main bhegi hoe soji add kar dein flame slow hi ho aur tezi sy chamcha chalate rahein kam as kam 30 min bhona hai

Jab ghee alag hone lage aur soji ka colour golden hone lage tu taiyari par ane lage ga

30 min baad flem off kar dein aur caramelized piste badam sy garnishing kar dein mazedar halwa ready hai
