  1. 250 gramssem phali
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1totamto
  4. 1onion
  5. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  6. 1/4 tbspeach turmeric, chilli, coriander powder
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 1 tbspoil

    Wash and cut veggies, and gather all ingredients, boil potatoes and sam in pressure cooker for 5 mins or 2 whistles.

    Heat a pan, put oil in it, add spices and ready onion tomato masala, add boiled and mashed potato and flat beans in it, mix well, remove from heat, garnish with green coriander leave, serve with chapati, paratha or poori.
