Ingredients

  • 200 gram4 hours soaked gram dal (chnadal)
  • 1 bowlfinely chopped green spinach leaves
  • 3 tbspfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 12garlic cloves
  • 3green chilli
  • 2 inchginger
  • 1medium size finely chopped onion
  • as neededMusterd oil for deep frying
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 15black pepper corn

    Firstly rince and drain it now transfer the blender jar then add garlic (peel kiye hue),green chilli ginger, black pepper corn now blend it without water make a gradual paste now remove the bowl

    Then add given all ingredients mix it combined together

    Now take a medium portion of the mixture make a vda shape then drop in hot oil

    Now deep frying it both side till it becomes crispy and nice golden brown in colour on medium flame

    Then remove the plates and turn off the flame

    Now it is ready to serve it you can enjoy this any types of sauces 😊😊
