In oil roast samolina with flour till fragrant.

In another pan dissolve sugar in water and with cardamoms.

When Samolina and flour gets light brown colour and gives fragrance, then pour sheera in it and mix well.
- 4
Add blanched and peeled almonds and raisins. Cook untill ghee comes out. Yumy healthy halwa is ready.
