  • 3ripe cooking bananas
  • 1quater cup cooking oil

Steps

    This is a ripe green,which are now yellow!!(cooking) banana.you can bye the green, later- turned- yellow- ones and allow to ripen for a week or so..in a closed bag or keep with other veg/fruits.once it get very dark in color and is much softer almost mushier(not too mushy though)see pic),then you can use...if it's dry inside just cut of those and use the ripe side(or you can use them in different recipe etc)

    Peel and half the bananas.along so that you can decore the middle (seeds).then make quater slices

    Prep your plate and clean news paper or paper towel to place bananas after cooking.to drain any excess oil.Then add oil in pan just enof oil to cover the pan base.and start pan frying (in batches).put enof piece to fit the pan and turn once golden brown and caramelized.. you can turn over a second time for extra color or carsmelisations

    Put some oil again as the first oil would hav been used up already second,the add another batch. Continue until all is finished. Set on plate and.... bismillah! enjoy with a cuppa
