Add 4 tablespoon oil add onion fry until golden add g g paste fry for half minute.add all spices with 2 tablespoon water.fry half minute.now add tomato and green chillies.add 1/4 th cup water.cover and cook until tomatoes tender and all masala mix well and oil saparated.

Now add 6 cup water in masala.cook until boiled add soaked daal massor.cover and cook half hour on medium flame.check if daal tender.add 3 to 4 green chillies wholeand fresh corriender serve hot with paratha.chapaty or ghee wali roti.
