Cute Candy Cookies Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko cookpad.japan -

Cute Fluffy Cookies Cute Fluffy Cookies
When making the cookie shapes, I hate getting my hands dirty, so that's why I use the wrap. They came out pretty cute. When cutting the shapes, sometimes the wrap gets cut with it. Please check to make sure you don't bake any wrap together with the dough. When you remove the wrap, the dough will become a bit thicker than it was. So when stretching out the dough, please make it thin. Recipe by Jubantai Nichibanya taichou cookpad.japan -

Sakura Petal Cookies Sakura Petal Cookies
I make cookies every year using sakura leaves or tea. (I make my regular cookie recipe, but add sakura leaves)I had a bit of Sakura-an leftover and decided to knead it into the cookie dough. These cookies are mildly sweet, so feel free to increase the powdered sugar for sweeter cookies. You could make this with any kind of bean paste if you don't have sakura-an. You can also shape the cookies into rounds by hand rather than using a cookie cutter. Recipe by Makunouchi cookpad.japan -
