Ingredients

  1. For gajar halwa
  2. 1/2 kggajar
  3. 50 gramskoya
  4. 1/2 tea cup sugar
  5. 2 tea cup milk
  6. 2 tspghee pure
  7. 2 tspcondensed milk
  8. 2Green cardami(Elaichi)
  9. As neededAll dry fruits
  10. FOR rabadi
  11. 3 tea cup milk
  12. 2 big tsp condensed milk
  13. 50 gmkoya
  14. As neededAll dry fruits chopped like

Cooking Instructions

    Take a heavy bottom vessel melt ghee in it now add grated gajar Cook it continues stirring when it soak all water from gajar

    Then add sugar and milk mix it well

    Now add condensed milk Cook it until it becomes thick now add koya and dry fruits

  4. 4

    Our halwa is ready to serve and now we cook rabdi

  5. 5

    For rabdi take heavy bottom kadai boil it up milk will half Left now add some kesar thread

  6. 6

    Now add koya mix it well cook it will thick like rabadi at last add dry fruits our rabadi is also ready now time is for plating
