Ingredients

  1. For rabri___
  2. 1 litterMilk
  3. 4 tspSugar
  4. 1 tspCardamoms (green) crushed
  5. 1 pinchSaunf powder
  6. 3 tspPoppy seeds roasted & grinded
  7. 5Dry rose flour petal
  8. For halwa__
  9. 2 cupCarrot greted
  10. 2 cupMilk
  11. 5 tspSugar
  12. 4 tspDryfruits
  13. 2 tspMalai
  14. 1 tspGreen cardamoms crushed
  15. 2 tspDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    In a hot pan put ghee,add grated carrot.

    Fry it 2 miniute in the high flame.

  3. 3

    Add milk let it boil.add sugar,malai,cook it 2 miniute again.

    This time it will be cook,& seems thicker.

  5. 5

    Slow the flame add cardamoms.

  6. 6

    Add dry fruits,mix it well.

  7. 7

    Take it out from the flame. Let it be cool.

  8. 8

    In other pan boil the milk,let it be thick.

  9. 9

    Add sugar, cardamoms,mix it.

  10. 10

    Add dry fruits poppy seeds,saunf, rose petals.mix it well.

    Remove it from the flame.

  12. 12

    Serve it in a bowl sprinkle some dry fruits in it.

    Make 1 layir of halwa,1 layir of rabri.then garnish it with dry fruits.

    A beautiful combination of rabri & halwa is ready to serve.
