Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 4 cupscauliflower (approximately 1 head)
  • 4 tablespoonsolive oil, butter, ghee or coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonherb salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • for herb salt:
  • 1 cupfresh herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, lemon peel etc) (or use dry herbs)
  • 1/2coarse sea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the cauliflower into 2-3 inch pieces. Steam until it's tender when pierced with a fork.

  2. 2

    Place the cauliflower in the food processor. Add butter (or coconut or olive oil), herb salt, and black pepper. Puree until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Garnish with herbs and serve.
