Steps

Keep all the ingredients ready. Dry roast moong dal and make flour. Powder the sugar with cardamom in mixer jar.

Heat the ghee in thick bottom vessel. Put moong dhal flour. Mix and roast on sim heat. Keep on turning until it gets good colour and smell. Turn off heat and allow to cool.

When it cools add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly with hand till it becomes soft. Add dry fruits and make laddus. Moong dhal laddus are ready to eat. Transfer to serving plate
