Pan fried tofu 🥡
We’ve got some leftovers tofu so fried it after dipping in egg mixture.
Steps

Cut tofu into desired shape and size

Prepare egg mixture. Break an egg in a small bowl and mix egg white and yolk.

Dip all tofu in egg mixture before adding to medium heated pan with olive oil in it
- 4
Pan fry the tofu, let every side cook and colored in gold. Remember to rotate the tofu so each side is taken care of.

Pour egg mixture to the pan when tofu is almost cooked. This would give a crunchy texture to the dish.

Mix all ingredients in the sauce section in a small dipping plate and serve with this pan fried tofu dish.
