Take a large bowl sieve gram flour an add it now add suji add oats mix it well

Now add sugar add baking powder baking soda little bit of salt ginger chlli paste add curd to it an mix it very well pinch of turmeric powder

Now add half of water mix it well the batter should be in flowing consistency now add eno to it an keep it aside for half an hour

Now take a tadka pan add oil add pinch hing add mustard seeds let it crackle now add curry leaves add chill add salt nimbu sat sugar mix it well an let it boil for 2 min

Take dhokla plate grease it with oil pour batter in it an tap it an cook it for 15 min

After 15 take out the plate an cut into the piece add tadka into it an garnish with coriander leaves an serve
