Take a slice and green cardamom grind well.

Take a pan put water, jaggery and all nuts mix and boil for melted jaggery.

Take a wok put clarified butter hot then add spices,jaggery syrup and soaked rice mix and covered with lid.

After cook take a serving plate put rice garnish tutti frutti and enjoy jaggery rice.
