Soak the paneer cubes in warm water for 10 minutes for increasing it's softness.

Heat Desi ghee in a kadhai, add cumin, bay leaves, green chillies, cinnamon, green cardamom and cloves then saute well.

Then add Onion paste, ginger and garlic paste and saute for 3-4 minutes, then add almond paste, Poppy seeds paste, and cashew nuts paste then again saute for 2-3 minutes.

Then add Curd and saute then add sugar and black pepper powder and saute again. Then add milk (maintain it to the gravy consistency) then add the paneer cubes and salt and then add kewra water and dry fenugreek leaves and saute well, then add the saffron (soaked in milk) and saute well.

Serve it with Rice, Naan or roti.
