Steps
- 1
Place pot on fire, add water and bring it to boil.
- 2
Add indomie and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes
- 3
Pour it into a colander to drain the water(parboil) rinse with cold water to stop cooking process
- 4
Place empty pot back on fire, add oil, when hot, add onions and saute, add ginger and garlic paste, fry for 2 min, add already grinded peppers(coarsely blend), fry until water dries up.
- 5
Add water just as needed to cook the already parboiled indomie without making it mashed together
- 6
When boiled, add your spices and herbs(I don't use the indomie seasoning except the chili pepper) add salt and pour the indomie. Cook for 5 minutes, add scallions and onions. Allow to simmer and indomie is ready. I love it when hot and watery.
- 7
Garnish with eggs, offals or any other choice of what to garnish with. The taste was😋😋😋😋😋
