Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups+ 1 tbs almond flour
  2. 1/2 tspItalian herb seasoning
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 5 tbsunsalted butter melted and cooled

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl stir the almond flour, Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper into butter until combined

    (Make sure you line your baking pan w parchment paper,) Press into bottom and up to the sides of 7” springform pan or a 9 “ pie plate. Use fork to poke some holes in the bottom..

    In this pint you can pre bake the crust at 350f for 5 minutes. Then you can prepare your pie or quiche.

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore!
