Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1potato, peeled and cut into cubes
  3. 2bokcoys, cut into several pieces
  4. 3garlic, slice
  5. as neededWater
  6. Some salt
  7. Some pepper
  8. to tasteSugar
  9. Chicken powder
  10. 1green onion, slice thinly

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the water. Then add the garlics and let them simmer until fragrant.

  2. 2

    After that add in the potato cubes. Let them soften.

  3. 3

    Add in the eggs and bokchoy.

  4. 4

    Then add in the green onion and seasonings. Mix and taste test.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat when everything is ready.
