Heat the nonstick wok with cooking oil add cumin,cinnamon stick, red chilli, green cardamom, black cardamom, stir it few minutes when get nice aroma.

Now add onion saute till it becomes translucent then add given all spices, tomatoes,to taste salt mix it properly on lower flame

When spices separates till oil add grated cauliflower mix it well

Now cover and cook until becomes tender on lower flame

Now add green peas mix it nicely now again cook for 6to 7 min

Now lastly garnish with some chopped coriander leaves mix it nicely and reduce the flame

Now remove on serving bowl and serve with chapati or nan
