Ingredients

  1. 250 gmcooked rice
  2. 4-5garlic
  3. 2 tsp jeera
  4. 4green chillies
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. 1 tbspghee
  7. Corriander leaves
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the rice

    In a kadai add oil and ghee

    Add slited green chillies and garlic

    Add in jeera or cumin seeds

    Now after it has turned to golden brown colour add the cooked rice and salt

    Mix everything well

    Add chopped corriander leaves. Serve it hot!
