Wash and dry fish fillets

Marinate fish fillets with Salt and Black Pepper for 15 mins

Medium heat with Olive Oil and pan fry the fish fillets until brown on both sides (carefully on turning over the fish fillets). Add Garlic and Thyme while cooking the fish, ensure enough oil with the Garlic and Thyme.

When Fish Fillets turn brown. Place Fish Fillets on metal plate, cover Fish Fillets with Cheese. Then place into Oven (Heat at 180 degree Celsius) for about 6 minutes until Cheese is melted and cooked to Brown.
