Take a kadahi add ghee in it add suji and fry until it becomes golden brown

At the same time in another pan dissolve the sugar in the water over low heat and keep on simmer till required

When the suji is light brown add chopped dry fruits and sugar syrup and bring to a boil then simmer till the Water absorbed now halwa is ready your garnish with grated coconut and dry fruits

Wash the chana properly and soak them in water for over night

Next day pour the chanain a pressure cooker along with the water and salt boil it in pressure cooker for about 5-6whistles

Take a pan add ghee add cumin seeds and let the cumin get tempered in hot oil

Add red chilli, turmeric powder, corrinder powder,and salt mix well keep the chana on gas and heat it

So that the water dries put the tadka in boiled chanaand now simmer it 10 minutes till chanaabsorb

Knead the wheat flour, ajwain, oil and salt with water to from a thick dough

Make small balls and roll them into poori

Heat oil in a pan deep fry the pooris until it becomes golden brown from both sides

Serve halwa poori and chanatogether
