Farari dates and nuts kheer
Steps

In a bowl add 1/2 cup of milk, saffron and soak the dates and walnuts for about 1/2 an hour.
Purée in a food processor. Set aside. - 2
In a pan add ghee and 3 cups of milk and boil on high heat.
Once it reaches the boiling point lower the heat. Keep stirring and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and add the dates and walnuts paste. Garnish with pistachios and serve. - 3
