Rajma Masala Recipe

1 cup rajma soaked over night. Cook rajma in pressure cooker. Make onion,ginger,& garlic paste. Make tomato paste.

Heat a pan and add oil. Now add garam masale and jeera.

Now add onion,ginger & garlic paste and fry 2 to 3 min. On medium flame. Now add chilli powder,haldi powder and coriander powder mix well.

Now add tomato paste. Mix well and add ¼ cup water. Cover and cook 6 to 7 min on low flame.

Now add rajma. Mix well and add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and add 1 cup warm water & cover and cook 3 to 4 min.

Now add coriander and serve.
