Steps

Grate carrot and cabbage

Add salt and pepper

Add 2 tsp of maida and corn flour each for binding

Mix it well and form a firm dough

Now make small balls out of this mixture

Fry it on medium flame till golden brown

You manchurian balls are ready

Now for the gravy, chop the veggies

Heat the oil and put the veggies

Stirr it well for 2 minutes

Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, chilli sauce

Add ketchup to neutalise the sour taste of above sauces

Add water

Let the gravy thicken, now add these balls

Serve it with fried rice or noodles
