Ingredients

6-8 people
  • 1full bag of spinach
  • 1 pkgcream cheese
  • 2 cupsshredded Mozzarella
  • 2 tspor pepper
  • 2 tspgarlic salt
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 1/2cupchicken stock
  • 1 lb.Russet potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cream cheese in microwave. Microwave until soft. Put softened cream cheese into a bowl.

  2. 2

    In bowl mix Mozzarella, Garlic salt, Cloves of Garlic, Pepper, and Chicken stock. Leave in bowl until ready to heat

  3. 3

    Cut up 1 lb. of Russet potatoes. Once cut boil them until soft.

  4. 4

    Take the spinach out of the bag and was them off

  5. 5

    Get out a large saucepan. Put on medium heat. Add a little butter then the Cream cheese mixture. Bring to slight boil then add spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted

  6. 6

    Take the mixture out of the pot and put into a large bowl. Then add cooked potatoes. Mix it up and put it in a long pan or round pand which ever your preference.

  7. 7

    Put in oven for 30-35 minutes on 400

  8. 8

    Once done take it out of the oven and let cool off for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled off enjoy
