Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 3/4 cuprava
  • 1/4 cupmango pulp
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 3 tbspwalnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a pan add ghee, now add rava and saute it on very low flame for 10-12 mins or until it changes slight in colour and aromat

  2. 2

    Now add milk and mango pulp, mix it very well so there will be no lumps.

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and mix, add cardamom powder and mix.

  4. 4

    Decorate it with Sugar Decoration and Beetroot powder.
