Spicy Corn Cake

In a jar add boiled corn and make a smooth paste. If required add 1/4 cup water.

In a hot pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. Wait for a minute now add garlic. Saute well.

Now add onion and cook it untill onions become golden brown.

Now add corn paste and mix it well.

Now add all the spices, salt and cornflour and mix it and cook it untill the corn paste become thick.

Now add the coriander leaves and mix it well. Now grease a tray and transfer the paste into the tray. Spread it well and allow to cool it completely.

After cooling cut into a square pieces. Dip into the dry cornflour and deep frying it untill it's becomes golden brown in colour. When it becomes golden brown remove it from the oil. Your spicy corn Cake is ready. Serve it with tomato sauce and green Chutney.
