  • 1 kgbuttons mushrooms
  • 5no. cloves garlic
  • 2no. shallots
  • 1 sprigThyme or Rosemary
  • 100 gmbutter
  • 200 mlcream
  • 300 mlmilk
  • 50 mlolive oil
  • 2 tsptruffle oil
  • Salt and pepper as taste

  1. 1

    Peel onion and garlic. Cut dice and saute with oilve oil l and herbs. Saute mushrooms in separate pan.

    Add butter, saute until golden brown. Add milk.

    Add cream, seasoning and keep on slow fire.

    Cook until 35 minutes and blend it. Strain it. Serve hot
