Curdle milk by boiling and adding vinegar

Separate curdled milk from water by using clean cotton cloth and squeeze it gently

Hang it for half an hour

Make mawa by adding ghee, cream, milk, milk powder, in a pan. Lower the flame and stir it until it turns thick without lumps.

Add sugar and saffron milk in mawa.

Continue stirring mawa until it turns smooth like dough.

Make sugar syrup by adding sugar, water and cardamom in a pan and switch on the flame and boil it for 10 minutes.

Take the cheese curd and knead it for 8-10 minutes. Take small balls of it and make it cylindrical shaped.

Put the cylindrical shaped cheese dough and put it in sugar syrup. Boil it for 20 minutes and then let it cool.

Take cylindrical shaped puffed cheese and with the help of knife slit in between without cutting them into half.

Stuff them with prepared stuffing gently. Further, roll them in desiccated coconut.

And garnish with tutti frutti or dry fruits of your choice. refrigerate it.
