  • 2 cupMacaroni
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 cupOnion chopped
  • 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  • 2 tspGarlic finely chopped
  • 1Green Chilli chopped
  • 1/2 cupTomato chopped
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum finely cubed
  • 1/4 cupCarrot finely cubed
  • 1/4 cupBeans cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cupGreen Peas boiled
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspItalian Seasoning
  • 2 tspRed Chilli Sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspTomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cupProcessed Cheese grated
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 2 tbspFresh Coriander

  1. 1

    Heat water in a large pot. When the water starts boiling, add a tablespoon of salt and macaroni. Boil till macaroni are soft. Drain and toss with a tbsp of oil and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies. Fry for a minute. Add tomatoes and fry for a minute. Add capsicum, carrot, beans and peas.

    Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Italian seasoning, salt and processed cheese and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the boiled pasta, lemon juice and fresh coriander and mix well. Serve hot.
