Steps

Sieve whole wheat flour with baking powder & baking soda and keep aside.

Heat milk with butter & sugar, once warm switch off the flame and mix well.

Now add whole wheat flour mix to the milk mixture and mix well to remove all lumps.

Finally add vanilla extract and chopped walnuts mix well.

Heat a nonstick skillet, once hot brush some butter and pour a ladle of pancake batter over the skillet cook pancakes on low flame, once you see bubble arising & edges cooking flip it onto other side. Cook the other side well pressing slightly.

Serve the pancakes with freshly cut mangoes & drizzle some maple syrup over it. Whipped cream is optional.
