Make the Marination paste by mixing all the ingredients under Marination. Whisk nicely to form a uniform batter.

Now add the cubed paneer, cauliflower florets and bell pepper and onion to it and mix it nicely. Ensure that all sides are coated properly without breaking the paneer pieces.

Set it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then arrange them in Skewers and grill them in the oven or fry it a grilling pan with little oil.

Serve it in roti or paratha with little mint chutney and pickled onions. Roll it or serve as a taco
