Wadi aloo ki sabzi

Add oil in kadai anf fry wadi and potatoes and keep aside

Now in a pressure cooker add oil than add hing Cumin seeds ajwain let it splitters...now add whole red chilli onions and cook it till onion gets reddish brown..

As onion gets cooked add turmeric powder coriander powder and tomato puree. Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame

Now cool of the onion mixture and grind it to form a paste... Now in a cooker add oil than add few curry leaves.. Now add this paste add red chilli powder and mix it

Now add fried wadi and potatoes in cooker mix it properly let masala gets cooked properly... Now add water and salt.. Now cover the pressure cooker with lid

Now give on whistle than slow the flame for 10 minutes.. So that wadi an aloo gets mix up with masala and cooked properly...

Now cool the whistle.. And serve wadi aloo ki sabzi with rice or roti and enjoy 😊
