In a pressure cooker take oil, add all the khada masala & hing and cook it for 1 minute. Then add onion and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Now add carrots, cauliflower and green peas & cook it for another 5-6 minutes, also add salt.

Now add finely chopped tomatoes, soaked soya granules, crushed garlic and ginger and cook everything nicely for 5-6 minutes.

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and chopped coriander and mix well, then add soaked rice and 1-1/2 glass of water, adjust the seasoning, cover the lid & pressure cook it on high flame for 1 vissel.

Serve hot with curd/raita

Note- soak the rice for atleast 1-2 hours before making the pulao, soak soya granules only for 5-10 minutes.
