Steps

Dry roast the black sesame seed until it starts splutter.. Dry roast poha until it makes crispy sound.. then powder them separately in a grinder. Then grind the kalkandam. Mix all powders.

Add ghee. Then add cashew and raisins. Saute them for 5 minutes in low flame. Then add all the above powders and saute for ten minutes till all combined. The healthy powder is ready to serve.
