Rava idli and rava tarka idli

Grind suji in mixer for fine paste, add 3 cups water and curd.Rest for 30 mins

For simple rava idli add salt according to taste and eno then mix, and pour some oil to idli stand then pour the mixture and leave for 20 mins. It's done

But for tarka rava dili take a pan.

2 spoons oil, when oil is heated add jeera sarso urad dal chana dal curry leaves fry 1min

Grind gajar, Shimla mirch and green chilli finely chopped.

Add tarka, grind gajar chopped Shimla mirch chilli dhaniya patta to suji and curd mixture

Then add salt and eno.

Then take idli stand put some oil thn pour the batter in it. Leave it 10 min high then 10min low flame.

It's ready to serve with chutneys
