Butter Cookies with Coconut (No Ammonia)

Beat the butter slightly and add the sugar.

Beat the sugar and butter well until you get a light creamy texture.

Gradually add the eggs, beating after each one disappears before adding the next.

Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Achieve a light, fluffy creamy texture.

Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and coconut.

Gradually add them to the sugar and butter mixture until the ingredients are well combined.

If the dough is a bit dry, add a little milk. If the mixture is too liquid, add flour.

Shape the dough using a cookie press onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Let them cool completely before placing them in airtight dry containers. Enjoy!
