Using double boiling method melt chocolate and butter then keep aside. Combine condensed milk, water, sugar powder, essence and colour. Now mix chocolate and condensed milk mixture together.

Sieve maida, baking powder and almond meal. Mix well add water if required. Line 7x7inch tin with butter paper and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 20 to 25min.

For glaze using double boiling method melt chocolate and cream add colour and mix well.. pour glaze above the blondie once it's cooled down and garnish as per your choice (rose petals, black raisins and pistachios). Refrigerate it once chocolate sets cut it and serve..
