Steps

Soak rice in 2 cup of water for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 an hour drain and grind to a coarse paste. Dilute rice paste with 1/2 cup of water.

Heat milk and bring to a Boil.when it comes to half add rice paste. Reduce heat and stir continuously for 5 minutes or until the milk thickens well.

Add Sugar and cardamom powder and continue to mixing till Sugar dissolves. Add some chopped nuts and mix. Remove from heat and cool down in room temperature.

Peel and chopped the mangoes and grind in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Add this in prepared rice phirni and mix.

Pour this mixture into a bowl.garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and keep it in fridge. Serve chilled.
