Ingredients

1 hour (5 min cook 55 min Fridge)
  1. 1 TinTuna in Spring Water (Chunks best)
  2. 1Large Tbls Mayonnaise
  3. 2Anchovy Fittles
  4. 1 TspCapers
  5. 1 TbspLemon or Lime Juice
  6. Salt and Pepper
  7. Avocados
  8. Paprika to Garnish

Steps

1 hour (5 min cook 55 min Fridge)
  1. 1

    Put everything into a blender or food processor with Blade - pulse until smooth but no puree - little texture is good.

  2. 2

    Pour into a bowl and put in the Fridge for 55 min or over night. it will thicken.

  3. 3

    Serve over half an avocado with some salad and hot buttered Toast. Sprinkle with a little paprika to garnish.

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
