Steps

Bring boil to the milk. Add 2-3 spoons water with the lime juice. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice water mixture gradually to the milk with continuous stirring till it cuddles fully.

Strain the chana over a Muslin cloth. Wash it under running water till the smell of lemon gone.

Squeeze the water and hang for 30 minutes or till all the water drops out.

Take chana on a plate. Smash it with the help of palm till it become smooth.

Add sugar, cardamom powder and coca powder with the chana.

Cook it over low flame till it leaves the pan and form a dough. Cool it

Shape them using a mould or as you desire.

Garnish them with choco chips. Tasty chocolate sandesh is ready to serve.
