  • Pre cooked cowtail
  • Scotch bonnet(grounded)
  • Onions (fine chopped)
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Palm oil
  • Curry & thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the pre cooked cowtail, put in pot of water (enough for the pepper soup)

    Add scotch bonnet, onion, seasoning, curry, salt and thyme

    Add palm oil (not much)

  4. 4

    Cover and allow to cook well as you check for few minutes

    Serve and enjoy hot
