Take atta. Add salt, turmeric powder red chilli powder and carrom seeds and mix well. Add oil and ghee and mix well. Knead firm dough with enough water.

Prepare big roll from dough and cut equal size small part with knife.

Press each part with palm and roll out puris. First roll out all puris and put them on cotton cloth seperatelly. Make cut impressions with fork.

Then deep fry in hot oil on low flame till crisp. Enjoy with tea or achaar.
