Namkeen instant masala Papad

First make a dough - take wheat flour, gram flour and add carom seeds, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and Salt to taste in a pan, mix well them and add slowly slowly water to make a soft dough.

Now, make a small lemon balls and roll them like chapati but should be thin.

At last, heat oil in a pan and fry these papad till golden brown in colour. Serve immediately these instant masala papad.
