Ingredients

  1. 1 kgcarrot(gajar)grated
  2. 1 bowlfresh malai
  3. 3-4 tbspsugar. (as per your taste)
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. 3-4 tbspdry fruits(almonds,cashew chopped,raisin)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker put grated carrots, 1/2 cup water. Pressure Cook it for 4-5 minutes.

    In a heavy bottom wok add ghee, roast dry fruits. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    In same wok add boiled carrots roast it on medium flame add sugar. Mix it well. Cook till water evaporate.

    Now add cardamom powder and fresh malai. Mix it well. Stir continuesly on medium high flame. Add nuts. Turn off the flame.
