Take poha wet it in a strain and remove it. Then take onion, green chili, chopped coriander and keep everything ready.

Then take wok put oil in that drop mustard seeds, carrom seeds, curry leaves till it crackles.

Then put chopped onions and green chilli and saute nicely till it becomes soft when it is done put turmeric powder salt, sugar, nuts and poha and give and stir let it cook for 5 mins then turn off the gas while serving put some chopped onion, ratlami sev and handful of coriander poha is ready to eat.
