First of all take a bowl add whole wheat flour,oil and hot water and make a dough.

Now with the help of palm make cylinder shape.roll should be firm so when you deep fry it it should not break

Pre heat ghee now add balls in it.fry these balls until turn in golden brown colour. Now cool down it completely.

Now grind it to form a course powder.

Now in another pan add jaggery and 1/2 cup ghee.when Jaggery melt turn off the flame

Now add Jaggery mixture, cardamom powder to wheat flour mixture.mix it properly and by applying ghee on your palm make laddu.

You can garnish it with almonds,cashew and poppy seeds.rest for 1 hour and serve. Traditional laddu ready to eat 😊😍
