Cut the mangoes in pieces

Add 1 tsp sugar, red kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, to it with lil salt and mix well keep it aside

Now take all the spices 1 tsp and roast (cumin, fenugreekseeds, coriander seeds)

After roasting it let it cool down and than grind it into fine powder

Now Take 4 tsp oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds let me crackle. Now add fenugreek seeds and now add the mango which you had kept aside

Let it get mix nicely with all the masalas, add half cup water so that mango becomes soft, after that add the powder take 2 tsp powder add it to the mangoes with 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp haldi powder and mix well

Your chatpata achar is ready after 10 minutes of cooking
