In a big Kadai, put Oil + butter, when heating put Jeera+ garlic, ginger, green chillies (coarsely chopped), put chopped Onions,fry till little pinkish,add Peas and Capsicum (finely chopped), saute for few minutes, add Besan and stir till, little brown,add haldi, Red chilli powder, Salt, add chopped tomatoes saute for few minutes add little water and cover it for minutes till tomatoes are done, put all Spices.

Now put Paneer (grated) in the mixture, cover for a few minutes, till it's done. Now put Malai or Cream, stir it. Lastly, put little Kasuri methi over the Bhurji and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or paratha
